Elizabeth Martialay
Founder & CEO
Elizabeth’s dream is to create a space to combine her passions of electronic music and connecting great people. She wants to create a venue that offers music of all genres, delicious cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, beautiful surroundings and many small touches to make guests and artists feel happy and comfortable in a space where they are sure to meet other incredible, like-minded people.
She is organized, diligent, and a doer – and she is putting her skills into her passion of connecting people through music and experience.
Salena Salinas
Creative Director & Event Designer
Salena is an artist at heart with a passion for cultivating community and creating meaningful experiences through thoughtful design. With a background in photography and visual storytelling, she brings a fresh, artistic perspective and a keen eye for detail to every event.
Salena believes that art has the power to bring people closer together, and she strives to design spaces that foster connection, creativity, and shared moments of inspiration.
Tristan Zahn
Director of Promotion & Public Safety
Tristan specializes in event coordination and execution. He has a background as a certified PSO1 which will relate directly to supporting all attendees' public safety while inside the venue.
He is here to pack the house for North Star's talented production and design teams, local and international artists and ensure every attendee is having the best experience possible in an exceptionally safe and kind environment. Be sure to seek him out as a resource regarding any questions you may have, as well as provide him feedback relating to your shared experience and personal safety.
